Shipping Policy
Elite Grip 1 will process all orders within one business day. 
Expected delivery times will vary,

  • Adelaide Metro area: 1-2 business days.
  • Australia wide 5-7 business days.
  • Worldwide 11-16 business days.

Each order is carefully packed and sent via untracked standard mail. EG1 do not take responsibility if lost or damaged once the package has left our office.

Returns policy
Elite Grip 1 will only accepted a returns after assessment of the product and reasoning of return. Before returning the order you must email      Elitegrip1@hotmail.com with a picture and reason on why you'd like to return the product. All returns must be submitted 7 days after you have recovered the product. 
Return shipping will be at buyers costs, not paid for by Elite Grip 1.
The funds for the refund is product only not shipping and will be returned to the buyer once the package has arrived at the office of Elite Grip 1. 

We can not guarantee that the customers product will be refunded upon return to EG1 and will discuss further options.
We recommend sending the product via tracked shipping or have shipping insurance as EG1 is not liable for loss of parcel.
